Terms of service
1. Order Processing:
• All clutches are handmade and undergo a thorough quality check before shipping.
• Orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery:
• Domestic shipping: Estimated delivery time 10-15 working days
• International shipping: Estimated delivery time 15-20 working days
• Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
3. Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
• Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
5. Damages & Lost Packages:
• We take great care in packaging our clutches, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us on same day you receive your order with photos.
• We will not be responsible if you report a damaged product after the next day of receiving it. No exchange or refund will be provided.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
6. Replacement & Exchange:
• If a replacement or exchange is required, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.

7. All our crystal bags are 100% handmade. We carefully inspect each piece and pack them securely. However, it is normal for some crystals to loosen during transportation. This is not a quality issue. To ensure you can easily replace any missing crystals, we include extra crystals with every bag.
All our products are handmade, and slight human error is possible. Such minor variations are not considered a quality issue; therefore, refunds will not be provided on this basis. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, after assessing the extent of the error.
A product can be exchanged only if it was received damaged while shipping or at source and must be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If 24 hours have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund.
We don't have any refund policy. Items can only be exchanged once bought.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not applicable:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
